The large oak dining table with mosaic paneling seats up to 6 guests on dark blue velvet chairs. The kitchen and tableware are designed to leave nothing to be desired.
The high-quality hotel-style box-spring beds in the two bedrooms are upholstered in aquamarine velvet, and the large-scale photo wallpaper is actually far too beautiful to close your eyes and go to sleep. The opulent sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping space for two people and can be converted into a full-size bed in just a few simple steps.
The two shower rooms have also been decorated with patterned wallpaper and furnished in a stylish manner.

The Bollwark Residence features 26 superbly equipped units. The two- and three-room apartments are just as comfortable for couples seeking relaxation as they are for families with children who want to spend action-packed days by the sea.
