“Right on the Baltic Sea” can be taken literally. Our beautiful 3-room vacation apartment offers plenty of space for up to 6 people.
There are two bedrooms, each with a box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a TV, and access to the balcony (with cozy lounge furniture).
Both bedrooms lead to the heart of the apartment: the spacious living and dining area with an open, high-quality kitchenette featuring Bosch/WMF appliances (Nespresso machine, ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, etc.),
a double sleeper sofa for up to two people (140 cm wide, full-length topper), a 50-inch UHD flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony.
From the hallway, you can access the bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, as well as a separate second guest restroom.
The Bollwark Residence features 26 superbly equipped living units. In the two- and three-room apartments, couples seeking relaxation feel just as at home as families with children who want to spend eventful days by the sea. All apartments feature a private balcony, terrace, or loggia: There, vacationers can start the day relaxed with a cup of coffee while enjoying the view of the water or reflect on the day’s events in the evening with a glass of red wine. Experienced interior design specialists were responsible for the interiors of these bright and generously sized living units.
