Great place to chill out after a busy day.

Quiet location with everything we needed for two nights visiting family. It’s not a place to hang out as the feature of your holiday, but a very comfortable room to retreat to after a busy day. No foot traffic past the annexe was great for a quiet nights sleep with my guard dog.

Parking is on the road so you run the risk of being further from the property than you might expect if neighbours have guests. Very quiet housing estate road with no restrictions though in general.

Clean, well equipped and good location for the town. Friendly host and nice touches like coffee and milk.

Wonderful facility, great value friendly hosts.

The simple breakfast supplies were greatly appreciated. The kitchen amenities met all our needs plus!!!

We struggled with the wifi. We were able to get hooked with strong connection to the unit but the strength of the internet itself was weak. We did not contact the owner about trying to reboot it to see if the problem could be fixed because it was late at night or early through the morning when we were there.

Lovely!

It was lovely and quiet and set in a mature garden with a little terrace with table and chair. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the shower room lovely. Everything was spotless. Parking was free.

Great stay at a cosy place very close to the village and Bath

It was a very cosy stay with your own little patio, great bathroom and an electric fan (which was absolutely necessary because it was hot during our stay (+30 degrees)!

We wanted/had to leave the windows open during the night due to the heat, but had lots of mosquitos swarming in, maybe an insect screen could help with that in the future

A lovely relaxing weekend

The accommodation was lovely. There was a small courtyard for our use and we had the company of one of the family's cats most of the time. There were a number of food requisites for our use which were much appreciated. Everything was lovely. As a hormonal lady, I appreciated the fan.

We must remember to take bin bags with us on these weekends away. That was all we needed to get. There is nothing negative to say.

Comfy, convenient and peaceful escape from the everyday hubbub!

Not only were the instructions to find the lock box incredibly easy to find, Marsha was also in and introduced me to the property. The studio was the perfect base for our weekend with local walks, country pubs and east access to Bath. Marsha left us lots of information in a wonderful and comfy studio room with private garden space and two adorable and very friendly cats.

A beautiful garden studio with thoughtful provisions provided by the hosts

A well equipped and comfortable studio with everything we needed for a weekend away. Lovely to have breakfast items, tea, coffee and milk provided. We visited Bradford on Avon and Bath, both of which were easy reach. The nearby dog walks were great too.

Location was great, short walk from train station. Nice pub just outside the station. Room was lovely. No interrupting hosts which is what we like.

Room was extremely cold upon entering and radiators took a while to warm the place up, so would of been nice for the radiators to have been put on prior to arriving.

It was self contained and on the ground floor. Also it was quite central to town.

A compact but perfect place to stay.

The accommodation had all we needed for a short stay, with the ability to self cater at the level we needed, but within walking distance of the town's facilities. Well furnished and really comfortable accommodation. Lovely host and very responsive.

The location and the hosts were fab. We could explore lots in the surrounding area with ease. Great train links to other cities nearby. Restaurants, pubs, and shops nearby. Lovely vibe in the community.

Excellent little apartment - we would not hesitate to stay there again

The apartment was easy find and there was ample street parking right outside on a quiet street. The owner greeted us, but we also had a code for the key safe so access was easy. The apartment was compact but very well appointed with a small table, 2 chairs, double bed, plus a small portable hob, kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery, plus an iron and ironing board. There was still room to put up a travel cot, which we use for the dogs at night. The heating was very good and we could put it on any time we wanted. the bathroom was lovely and the shower absolutely amazing both in terms of water pressure and the temperature of the water. Access to the apartment was via the owners' garden. It was well lit at night if you are coming back late.

The garden was not secure for dogs (a comment for info, rather than a criticism) . Next time we know to take our dog pen and then we can make a secure area outside the patio doors, so they can be left open if we wanted to .

Perfect for a short break.

The studio was bright and airy yet warm and cosy. Although compact, it has everything you need for a short break with basic cooking facilities. The studio was exceptionally clean and well maintained with pleasant decor, a large, comfortable bed, fridge, dining facilities and a spacious shower room. Parking outside in the street was easy and it was a 10 minute walk into town or down to the canal.

Great find

Have to say we were surprised by the location - in the back garden of a suburban house but everything about the studio was brilliant. Really well equipped, comfortable, private and quiet it is a short walk into the town centre which has plenty of lovely walks and delightful eateries. We didn’t use the car once we were there -used the train to visit Bath and Bristol.

I was absolutely freezing on both nights, couldn’t see how to turn on the bathroom heater and the small radiator was set to a timer and just wasn’t sufficient.
