Marcia provided milk and cereals, and on our arrival we were presented with a plate of watermelon slices and some iced water, exactly what I needed after a long stressful drive. She was very friendly and welcoming. The wi-fi was good and there was a stack of maps and information provided about the surrounding area. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathroom was very clean. Nice friendly cats too.
The floor space in the room is very limited which means you are constantly tripping over your suitcases. The shower was difficult to adjust for temperature. The clothes hangers were way too high for my short wife to reach, which was a bit frustrating. The little table outside on the patio isn't fixed down and when you lean on it it suddenly tilts up. A couple of screws would fix that quickly

A great stay! The room was well-equipped, clean and had nice decor. The hosts were friendly and helpful. I loved the garden, and it's a quiet location but also on a bus route to the centre of town if needed, in the daytime. I hope to stay there again soon!

A really enjoyable stay - good accommodation with outside seating and lovely garden in a nice quiet residential setting close to the centre of Bradford on Avon. Welcoming, friendly hosts and their two gorgeous cats. Would definitely like to come back again...

I probably didn’t look at the size stated in the description 🙈I expected a 1 bedroom apartment with a stand alone living room n open kitchen with hobs….When we arrived, I realised that I didn’t read the description thoroughly😔 It’s a bit like a compact studio or hotel room. No handwash, shower wash plumbing bottle not working(pour that out for hand wash finally) 😅I have brought my own body n hair wash just in case.
