Spacious, had everything we needed for a night away

A bit of a faff to get in - location of keysafe not ideal

Lovely little flat with great views of Manchester. Comfortable beds and sofa. The owner was very responsive, with clear check in and check out instructions.

Perfect location, 5 min from the AO arena and from the main attractions. The host was very friendly and responsive. The flat was on the 16th floor and had great view.

The location was excellent. Large lounge, beds were comfortable. The host made themselves available to answer our queries. Deposit paid back immediately. premises very safe as you needed different codes for different doors and received messages with directions on these codes.

The comunal areas were not welcoming and carpets in the corridors were dirty. There was confusion about the name as the name on the building was City Heights not City View as advertised. The process of having to pay a £100 deposit before the key was handed over was also not something we’ve ever experienced and having to walk accros the road to somewhere else to get the key was somewhat unusual. Opposite to the positice comment above all the faff around getting into the property is not a very relaxing start to your stay and perhaps shoukd be reviewed.
