I had a really nice stay here. The apartment was comfortable and felt like home and the balcony was perfect for sitting out with a coffee. The location is great, close to the sea and easy to get around. The staff at Nestor-Jeeves were really kind and helpful, they made everything simple from check-in to check-out.

The instructions were clear, I was able to easily grab the keys from the address given in the application. The application was in general nice. I really liked the apartment and furniture inside. The kitchen had everything we need, and the bathroom also. It felt like our little home, with the balconies and all.
In the application there is a 'contact' area where I sent some messages, but I never received replies. We called in the end, and somebody replied, so we managed to get an answer. However maybe making the contact option in the app more useful could help. I also found the elevators in the building a bit scary, in general the building seemed a bit old.

La résidence , récupérer des clés à une autre adresse, vue sur les poubelles depuis le balcon, à notre arrivée pas de dosettes à café , ni aucun ingrédients dans la cuisine (sel, poivre, huile, petite bouteille d’eau) , meuble vétuste, propreté approximative (casserole avec pâtes collées dans le fond, ciseaux souillé) , robinetterie vieillissantes, aucune pression pour prendre la douche, eau bouillante ou froide.
