360 Nicosia - 1 bedroom Luxurious Residence

Pretty decent hotel in one of the most prestigious towers in NIcosia. Great views from the window (if you keep the windows closed - otherwise the noise from the construction plot nearby affects your experience). The room has a great design, though the main amenities and facilities (the furniture, the bed, the showerhead) are... not brand new. The hotel team (and particularly, concierges) were really great - very friendly and trying to help with any need or wish - the level of their care was much appreciated. Location is close to perfect, next to all business areas which you might need, as well as for your tourist and leisure experience. All best restaurants and bars are in the close proximity.

The main issue for me was a bed: the mattress was not enough firm and a bit wobbly, and a getting to be worn out - so, a refreshment would help a lot. Apart from that, the light management in the room, with pre-set 'scenarios', was, IMO, a bit overcomplicated solution for relatively easy task of managing light in this space, and the controls on a glass touch button pads were not working stable, so you had to tap it a few times, before you reach desired result. Overall not a bad idea, but not 100% perfectly implemented. Lastly, we wanted to use the pool (which we were confused initially, as it was presented on a _room_ photos, so i thought it was a part of room amenities. In fact, it was a shared pool for the whole hotel) - it turned out to be relatively small and not in pristine condition. it's important to mention that all these are minor issues (besides, maybe, a mattress, though it's mainly because i'm really sensitive to having a firm mattress). So, it didn't ruin the whole experience. But it affected it, so that i won't rate it as 10 out of 10.

Location was excellent. 10th floor with the Gym, Sauna, & outside pool was very good. Sitting on the balcony in the evenings having a drink before we went out for food was a nice experience.

There’s a lot of building work taking place all over Nicosia and in close proximity to the building. So by 08:00 morning till 17:00 you can’t really sit on the balcony. Once these projects are complete I believe it would be a fantastic place to have your morning coffee.

Modern and luxurious including amenities and located in the shopping center of the city. Olga was very friendly and helpful. Recommended 100%
