The fridge was well stocked and there was a Nespresso machine. The toiletries were good quality The keys were waiting for us and the concierge was great. Highly recommended

Ein modernes sauberes Gebäude. Die Wohnung war high end und sehr großzügig eingerichtet. Die optimale lokation um Nikosia zu entdecken. Insidertip: übers Treppenhaus kommt man bis in die 34 Etage Kondition vorausgesetzt. die atemberaubende Aussicht entlohnt dich. Der Chip für den Lift lässt dich nur bis zur 10. Etage wo sich das Gym und der Pool befindet.

Location was excellent and the lady that gave us the keys was very helpful, accomodating and kind.

There were numerous issues that you would not expect at this price point. For instance, the windows were filthy, with dust stains that made the glass appear brown, especially when viewed from the outside. The bed’s headboard was peeling, and in another room, the headboard was broken and ready to fall off. The guest shower was not built on an incline, causing the bathroom floor to flood easily. We were also assigned a dedicated parking spot, but it was occupied by someone else. We reported this to the receptionist. The kitchen pots were dusty and dirty, which is unacceptable for a property with a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, common areas such as the gym—advertised as a free facility—were locked and therefore unusable. Other shared spaces, such as the basement, were filthy and appeared not to have been cleaned for months. Overall, the quality was poor, especially considering the price. We have stayed in less costly places in the heart of Nicosia that offered significantly better value for money.
