A landmark building and this apartment was ideally placed in the building, high up and facing the city center. Good plan of the apartment and stunning view through the enormous windows. Well equipped and not too much bling-bling which is sometimes the case with apartments marketed as luxury.
Location is very good but not perfect. It's a new development with some coffee shops but you have to walk a bit to get into the city centre for restaurants and convenience stores. The check-in time (15.00) and check-out time (11.00) wasn't advertised before booking but only after it was finalized. It's normal international standard for private apartments but given the rather short windows and flexibility that other hosts have shown in Cyprus, I had hoped for more. My one-night stay was therefore short and felt expensive.

Great location - within walking distance to shops, restaurants and Old Town (including visit to Turkish occupied area)
Building has all facilities - gym, sauna, pool, lounge
Apartment is large and comes well equipped
Great view from 23rd floor
TV is internet TV but no channels or apps logged - so you need your own subscriptions
Would have been nice for host to leave some water for arrival day
