    Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was surprisingly spacious, very clean, and had a pleasant scent as soon as I walked in. Everything felt fresh, the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also very spacious, and the shower had amazing water pressure. I didn't get the chance to try the gym or swimming pool, but I've heard they're both great. The location was very convenient. It's within walking distance of nearby train stations and the Minato Mirai area, making it easy to explore Yokohama. Having a convenience store in the same building was a huge plus, especially after a long day out. I also appreciated that there were coin laundry facilities on multiple floors, which made solo traveling much easier. The only minor downside was that check-in could get quite busy. I arrived around the official check-in time and had to queue for a while before reaching the counter. If possible, I'd recommend arriving a little earlier (around 2:00 PM) so you can check in as soon as it opens and avoid the rush. Overall, I had a really comfortable stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again the next time I'm in Yokohama. Highly recommended!

    I booked this hotel since it was right in front of pia arena MM , the pool and breakfast along with the view was awesome. It’s also super quiet but overall very good for a chill stay. The downside is that there is no direct elevator access from the first or second floor to your room so the queue for the only elevator connecting to the ground floor can get pretty long

    It was a pleasant staying, the space was quite big than in Tokyo and Kyoto with such favorable price, the view outside the window was fabulous. The food and cleanness were both fit my needs, just one thing I don’t like the slippers, it’s quite heavy. I would definitely choose and recommend to friends if i or they will visit Yokohama again.

    Given a room without any privacy, room windows gives everyone at the lobby viewing area direct sight of us if we stand near the windows at night. Room door opens directly giving anyone on the lobby direct sight into our room. This is so irritating because the bathroom is too small to change inside which means that everytime the door is opened, anyone can see us clearly while they are waiting for the lift. Very dusty, noticed that as I developed an allergy after 3 days and after checking areas that we don't see normally, see picture, lots of accumulated dust. No sheltered access to a mall or metro when it rains and the room has a lot of partitions eating into the space that makes that space unusable. So it's not at all enough space if there are more than 3 persons. Also, there is only 1 tiny dustbin and housekeeping would not dispose of items that we cannot put into it. Only plus point, beds are quite comfortable.
