    Room was clean and had a beautiful view of Yokohama!! Bonus is there’s a Lawsons right near the entrance that we visited daily! Staff were very helpful and spoke English very well!

    I just needed a nice getaway and was throughly Satisfied with everything. When we checked in we were directed to the right location. Room was nice. The tub was enormous!!! Staff was friendly and accommodating.

    If you're considering this hotel, read this first. I paid 4-star prices to spend my stay in a room that would not cool down, dealing with staff who treated every complaint as an inconvenience. The AC wasn't cooling, so I complained. Staff said they would turn off "eco mode" for me. Nothing changed. That's when it clicked: the AC is limited on purpose to save on energy costs, and guests pay the price. It gets worse. The AC was so bad we genuinely thought it was broken. When staff finally checked the room, they said nothing was wrong because it was "turning on and off as expected." I never said it wasn't turning on. I said it wasn't cooling. Instead of fixing the problem, they explained it away. I asked to change rooms. The new room was just as unbearably hot. Only after many complaints did they offer their grand solution: a fan. A fan. At a 4-star hotel. The most frustrating part is that they could have simply disabled eco mode from the start. They chose not to. That tells you everything about how this hotel treats its guests. If comfort matters to you at all, book somewhere else. I will never stay at a Hilton again.
