    Value for money ,incharger rayyapan sir will take care like one of the family member he will guide perfectly and we'll and good thank you sir.next time I will choose definitely this cottage no disturbance, very peaceful area,but road condition is worst so kindly take action sir needfull once again thank you rayyapan sir I will visit again.

    I had booked a suite room for me and my parents for two nights, no where I felt it is a hotel it was like home stay. My parents had liked the place they were not there for site seeing just to relax..If someone wants to continue home like food served hot i would strongly recommend this place may be not too many varieties available, whatever better to inform them well before..

    I’m glad you’re reading this—please read it completely. The stay started well. The check-in process and room allocation were smooth, and everything seemed fine initially. However, the experience during checkout was extremely disappointing. When I requested a short extension until 3:00 PM because I was unwell (I am a 23-year-old girl and was having a fever), the request was refused. The reason given was that another guest was expected to check in. What’s upsetting is that many rooms were clearly vacant, and even the room I had been staying in was still unoccupied at 2:30 PM. Despite this, no consideration or basic empathy was shown. I am currently sitting in the lobby, unwell, feeling cold and shivering, which reflects a complete lack of humanity and customer care. I strongly request the owner to reconsider their approach and show more understanding towards guests in genuine situations.
