    Dirty bedsheets, pillow covers, bathroom. Faucet too was in a bad condition. Very small room, no space to open suitcase. i booked room with a balcony, but they offered me a room at the ground floor. Staff was also throwing tantrums at first but when I spoke to the owner, they started behaving nicely. I believe the property owner should come and see the condition of the stay. There are many owners who stay afar and the property is managed by just employees. Please don't spoil mood of travellers by offering such pathetic services.

    I chose to book my stay through Agoda because of the trust and reputation your brand has built over the years. As one of the world's leading online travel platforms, customers rely on Agoda to provide accurate property information and a safe, comfortable, and transparent booking experience. Unfortunately, my recent experience has significantly undermined that trust. The room allocated to us was completely different from what was advertised on your platform. It was extremely small, poorly ventilated, had no windows, and had an unpleasant odour. Despite requesting a room upgrade and offering to pay the applicable difference, the hotel staff refused, even though rooms were available. This raises a serious concern about the quality control and oversight exercised by Agoda over the properties listed on its platform. While I understand that hotels manage their day-to-day operations, Agoda also has a responsibility to ensure that its partner properties accurately represent their rooms and provide the level of service that customers reasonably expect. When customers choose Agoda, they are placing their trust not only in the hotel but also in Agoda's credibility and commitment to customer satisfaction. I believe Agoda should have stronger mechanisms to monitor its partner properties, verify that listings accurately reflect reality, and take appropriate action when guests report genuine issues. This experience was far below the standard I expected from Agoda, and I sincerely hope you will investigate this matter, take appropriate action with the property, and ensure that future customers do not have to go through a similar experience. I look forward to your response and a fair resolution to this complaint.
