    This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The door locks were broken, the exhaust fan wasn't working, the room had a foul smell, and the roof lights were non-functional. To top it all off, even the AC remote wasn't working. Completely unacceptable."

    I had worst hotel experience at Royal Rafaiya Haveli, Udaipur, and I strongly advise against staying here. The place is extremely unhygienic, and it seems like cleanliness is not a priority for the management. • Filthy Rooms: The rooms smelled absolutely horrible, like damp clothes left in the monsoon season. There was no proper ventilation or sunlight, making the entire place feel damp and musty. • Dirty Bathrooms: The bathroom was a nightmare – stained tiles, leaking taps, and an unbearable stench. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. • Uncomfortable Stay: The bed linens were stained, and the pillows smelled bad. I even found hair on the sheets, proving they weren’t changed. • Poor Maintenance: The walls had peeling paint and mold patches, making the whole place feel neglected. The furniture was old, broken, and dusty. • Service? What Service? The staff was unresponsive and unbothered by complaints. When I requested a room change due to the terrible odor, they just shrugged and ignored the issue.

    The path to reach the hotel is very narrow cab does not go till the hotel Not mentain hygiene, rooms suffocated, food was not good. (Hathi ke dant dikhne ke aur khane ke aur )
