The location is absolutely perfect to explore the city of Udaipur on foot. The only drawback for me was the fact that the taxi taking us to Ushaan Haveli wasnt able to take us right upto the accomdation and I only got to know this once i booked the taxi. But one call to Ushaan Haveli and they sorted us out by sending us a rickshaw to bring us back to the accomodation. On the way back to the airport, our uber cancelled, so the manager made sure we got a taxi.

Wonderful small hotel in a cute haveli. Nice rooms and friendly helpful staff--including the co-owner brothers, that are there to ensure your stay is pleasant and are ready to help with anything you might need. The location is great--quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance to most attractions.
The common Indian bathrooms where the toilet is at at the back end of the bathroom and the shower is at the door, with no curtain or door to keep everything from getting wet. I did have to ask the staff to dry the bathroom every day.
