    I had a pleasant stay in this hotel...rooms with beautiful ambiance and excellent facilities....staf is really helpful and have good parking space for cars and travellers... Special mention to Mr Junaid who is a symbol of hospitality and extraordinary staff member of the hotel

    We stayed in the Hotel from 28 -30 Jan 2026. In the morning of 30, we notice bedbugs crawling on the sheets. Further quick inspection revealed three more. Called Receptionist, who sent House Keeping. He found three more very quickly. We didn't turned over the bed for the fear of finding more. We asked the receptionist to call the Manager, but he was unavailable. I asked receptionist to call pest control, but he informed us that the OWNER had instructed not to listen to any complaints from the guest and he was sorry that he cannot take any action. Further no WIFI was available for the duration of the stay, and the cleanliness of the hotel dining room was also not acceptable. If I had not pre-paid for the booking, I would not have paid my bill. Agoda should not be promoting this hotel. I will be requesting Agoda for compensation. THIS HOTEL SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HOST ANY GUEST BEFORE THROUGHLY DIS-INFECTED ASAP. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY ONE.
