    Update: After posting my earlier feedback, I contacted the hotel's head office and explained my concerns. I appreciate that the matter was taken seriously and the staff's behaviour changed significantly thereafter. I would also like to mention that the rooms were well maintained and comfortable. We had booked 3 Family Rooms and 1 Balcony Room for our group, and the overall stay experience was good. The air conditioning in all the rooms worked exceptionally well, which made our stay very comfortable. However, there are a few areas where the hotel can improve. There was no refrigerator in the rooms, which would have been helpful for families and long-distance travellers. Also, there was only one charging point available in the room, located below the TV, making it somewhat inconvenient for charging multiple devices. I believe feedback should be fair and balanced. While I was initially disappointed with certain aspects, I also acknowledge the positive response from the management and the efforts made to address concerns during our stay. Thank you to the management for taking the feedback seriously and working towards a better guest experience.

    Staff was very impolite. We checked in very late and they had called and asked for our check in time twice but still the rooms were dirty, washrooms were filthy and they did not even have any staff to take care of it. They simply said we are booked you have manage. It’s your job to manage this not mine
