The location is fantastic, just a few minutes from Luceros! The accommodation is simple but charming, with two bathrooms and an additional toilet, so you hardly feel like you're sharing the facilities.
A new bed would be a worthwhile investment, as the one in our room was really uncomfortable. Cotton bedding instead of synthetic would also be a nice improvement, along with a new bedspread, as the current one has definitely seen better days. Also, the terrace door is very difficult to open and close.

I liked this place as a solo traveller, clean, very centric and with all the needs covered for a short stay. It is a room in a co-shared apartment and luckily the roomates were amazing, which is so important when sharing the space with them!
The check-in information being provided last minute, I would prefer having the information upfront, so not to have any doubts.

great location in the middle of the city, reeealy good price, there are more rooms in the flat but there are 3 bathrooms and a kitchen
noise from the street - dont forget to close the windows for the night, the room was little smelly when the windows were closed for longer time
