great location in the middle of the city, reeealy good price, there are more rooms in the flat but there are 3 bathrooms and a kitchen
noise from the street - dont forget to close the windows for the night, the room was little smelly when the windows were closed for longer time

Good location close to the city center, shops, and restaurants. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to Playa del Postiguet, the main sandy beach in Alicante. The shared bathrooms were clean and easy to use. Our room had a balcony facing a busy street, so it was noisy with the balcony door open. Luckily, the night wasn’t too hot, so we could sleep with the door closed and it was fine. The kitchen was very basic — microwave, fridge, kettle, and washing machine which was convenient, but we couldn’t find any plates. Still, it was good to have access to it for simple meals or drinks. Overall, fine for a one-night stay in Alicante.
Some noise from the street. Beds had only thin sheets, no duvets.

We really liked the neighborhood but it was a little noisy early in the morning.
We had troubles getting in the building the first time and that was a little stressful and frustrating but everything went smooth after that.

The property was clean is located next to everything that u need security is top no complain very quite
Hard to find is the building next to tous if you’re interested of booking there .
That’s the only inconvenience .
