Breakfast and Dinner served was good. Reception Lady was professional and very courteous and helpful. Good stay. Value for money.

Location is very peaceful and green. This place gives a home stay kind of cozy feeling. Team was very warm & hospitable throughout our stay. They even decorated our room for birthday. Food was also homely and delicious. We could cover all tourist locations easily from here with own car.

Parking is on roadside since they do not have own parking space and very frequent power cuts(monsoon).

Cozy property in the dense forest area of Mahabaleshwar, very close to Le Meridian. Awesome host, good service. Value for money.

Limited parking facility, but road side parking is possible.

The staff were friendly and polite. The frontage is very nicely decorated and has a decorated area for guests to chill out under garden umbrellas shades. Rooms are reasonably clean. Breakfast & Tea is quite nice though charged for separately.

There was a leaking faucet in the bathroom, so the entire bathroom floor was wet at all times. The bathroom fittings are substandard. The so called "Classic Room" is located on the ground floor and disappointing since the picture uploaded in Booking.com are those of other rooms located on the1st floor ; and the wardrobe is very old, broken and small. The property is situated about 2 kms from the market place, hence not very suitable for guests without own transportation. Taxi cabs are charging Rs.200/- each way
