Its a lovely small property.. the location is great.. barely 5 mins from the main Mahabaleshwar Market. It has a nice big garden with sit-outs and hammocks.. very relaxing and a great space for kids to run around and play. We did not use the pool, but we saw it being cleaned well every morning. The breakfast is basic but freshly made. We did not try other meals there due to our itinerary. We found all the staff to be very courteous and responsive. They managed to take care of all our needs for the elderly and kids in our group. They also have driver accommodation, so that made logistics smoother. Overall, we had a great stay at Tranquil Resorts & Spa.

Excellent staff.
Good food . It's a veg & Non veg combined.
Rooms good.cleanliness excellent.
Overall a good experience.
On a hill station the swimming pool is useless unless it's heated.
No Cliff or mountain view.
NO recreation facilities like TT , carrom etc.so when you are with kids & teens this is required. NO gym .

Most of the pillows are having molds and bed is really uncomfortable and its really short
Not good for average height person
