    My wife and I came here for a quiet retreat. The kind owner upgraded us to a better room, and the sunset and rainy night were wonderful. The hillside path is perfect for a leisurely walk. I'd love to stay here again.

    The team was very accommodating, and super friendly. The room I stayed was very clean. Only complaint was getting in and out of the resort was quite expensive.

    My partner and I were looking for a quiet place to do a few days of fasting and relaxing and Insda Wellness Resort seemed like a great place to do so. The location is beautiful although a bit far from the city. We took a Standard King room but found out it didn't have warm water so they were kind enough to upgrade us to a deluxe room. However the walls are not very well sound isolated and they gave us a room right next to a family with kids and we could hear everything... So it wasn't as peaceful and private as we expected. From what I observed there were other vacant rooms and so it just felt like another point where staff fell short and could've been more considerate in re-allocating their guests in such an occasion. Generally service was friendly but very slow. Food and drink offer is quite limited so I recommended to bring groceries: Fruits, coffee, tea, snacks. Would've also appreciated it if any of the bedside lamps were working to have some more ambient lighting in the evenings. To call it a 'Wellness Resort' is honestly a bit deceiving, my experience with Insda was more like a Mountain Retreat.
