    Clean room with a very nice view over the mountains. Staff were very helpful and responsive. Location s the best if you have your own transportation. Breakfast was fine, not much choices but acceptable.

    Apparently, this resort was built a few years ago, but never completed. I guess the builders ran out of money. Anyhow, it opened about 3-4 months ago ( around April 2026 ) and still has some teething problems with some problems that need immediate attention. I was there in August which is very low season, so some things are understandable. Pros: Excellent accommodation. Room was about 70sqm with 2 showers ( 1 outdoor ). Really comfortable bed and Duvet. All the usual amenities and bar fridge. The view from the balcony was exceptional, especially when the low clouds engulfed the mountains. 10/10 for the accommodarrion. Cons: If you have trouble climbing, then be ware, the resort is on a hill. Many rooms require walking up stairs. From the main road there is a slip road to the resort. It is very, very steep and extremely hard to climb if you are elderley or unfit. There are a few little local convenience stores on the road, so make sure you take provisions with you. The restaurant is Poor. The first night we ate there and the food was below par. A limited menu and a small portions. B the big problem is the Breakfast. The first cardinal sin is the coffee. You choice is a kettle of hot water and instant coffee in packets. There is an espresso machine but you have to pay extra. All the food in the Bains Marie (warmers) was cold. The staff seem uninterested and sat on their phones while we ate. As it was low season, choice was limited which is understandable, but there is no excuse for ice cold food. The pool is ok, but is let down by the fact there are no sun beds to lie and sunbathe. As there is really not much to do there if you do not have a car, as a resort one normally wants to lie around the pool. The are some ordinary chairs to sit on, but they are not very comfortable. All in all a lovely place, but let down by the restaurant which I hope will improve

    พนักงานต้อนรับน้อยมาก ต้องพาลูกค้าไปที่ห้องทุกคน กลายเป็นว่าลูกค้าคนต่อมาต้องรอคิวนานกว่าจะพาไปห้อง กว่าจะเดินกลับมา มันควรเป็นหน้าที่คนอื่น ไม่ใช่พนักงานต้อนรับ จะกินข้าวเย็นไม่ได้กิน พนักงานออกไปทำอะไรกันหมดไม่รู้ ไม่มีคนอยู่ที่เค้าเตอร์ พอพนักงานเดินกลับมาจะหันไปสบตาสั่งอาหาร ก็หยิบโทรศัพท์ขึ้นมาโทรแล้วเดินออกไปอีกรอบ เหมือนไม่อยากบริการ

    We stayed here with our children and grandchildren. The place is still under renovation and just newly opened so some services were a little slow but the staff did their best to accommodate us. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Best if you have your own transportation to see some of the sights around as there is not much to do otherwise.
