Norfolk House

The host was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful, kind and friendly, she made the stay so pleasant. Her cat was really cute and well behaved and the breakfast was full and very delicious. The host also made sure we had the leftovers of the breakfast to go when going around London. Definitely recommend for a quick visit to London.

I don't recommend to people who want a quiet place. There is a road with cars passing by and some neighbors have parties, so have that in mind.

I liked the host and the environment, very homely.

The host, Kasia, is such a lovely person and took such good care of me during my stay. She was warm, friendly, provided plenty of London tips and made me feel right at home as a female, solo traveler in London!

The place is conveniently located near a metro station, about 20 minutes from the city center. It’s a good option if you need a practical place to stay, but less ideal if you’re looking to relax or sleep in. There’s also a sweet and well-behaved cat named Lola.

The neighborhood is a former working-class area — simple, very local, and full of life, with a multicultural and vibrant atmosphere. The apartment is small, and Cassia, the host, is kind and helpful. The room is her own, which she rents out nightly. It wasn’t spotless — there were some cat hairs around — but it was reasonably clean overall. The bathroom is shared with her, and she works from home most days.
