Was a little difficult to work out the air conditioner. Lots of internal stairs so not suitable for people who struggle with stairs.

After a long 10-hour drive, arriving at Smooth Sailing felt like a breath of fresh air. The thoughtful touches really stood out — a complimentary bottle of wine and a gourmet breakfast pack waiting for us made all the difference. Such a warm and welcoming start to our stay.
The check in process is very clunky. Most short stay accommodation these days have keyless entry and having yo send a photo holding ID pre-checkin is a weird verification process. Having to find a real estate office to get keys was a bit of a pain too. FYI: Tight onsite parking and steep stairs. Couches need to be replaced - not comfortable.
