Farmhouse Garden Shepherds Hut

Shepherd Hut at Thursley is an absolute gem. The area is stunning — surrounded by beautiful nature, peaceful trails, rich history, and great local pubs. It’s the kind of place where you step outside and immediately feel calmer. The hut itself is cosy, spotless, and really well equipped. You can tell a lot of care has gone into making it comfortable. Sally, the owner, is incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely accommodating — she makes the stay feel personal in the best way. A lovely bonus is the little family of horses, a pony, and a donkey who wander nearby and keep you company. My dog and I were on our second visit, and the place just keeps giving. It’s superb, and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. 10/10🌟

Beautiful little shepherds hut in a quiet location. Spotlessly clean with everything we needed for our stay. We didn't cook while we were there as we ate out but the shepherds hut was well equipped with an oven and hob, microwave and full size fridge! We would definitely stay again. Perfect place for a peaceful few days away.

We found the property difficult to find as the satnav took us past the house and up a narrow lane. A small sign outside would be a great help, even if it was just put there until we arrived 🥰

Incredibly welcoming and accommodating host, it was a great location with great scenery and beautiful surroundings, the facilities and amenities were perfect!

Heel schattig huisje met alle benodigdheden. De ezel en de pony die voor het huisje staan zijn ontzettend lief en fijn gezelschap. De omgeving is mooi om te wandelen.
