Holiday Chalet near Bled

Spacious house, lots of place for the family of 7, 3 bathrooms, terrace, great communication with the host, close to Bled, new kitchen, actually all you need for great holiday.

Lack of airco and lots of wasps. But they were literally around Bled everywhere so the host can not do much about it.

A wonderful house in the small village of Obrne, ideally located between Bled and Bohinj. We were two families travelling with children, and everyone had a fantastic stay while enjoying both the house and this beautiful part of Slovenia. The owners provided clear and comprehensive information before our arrival and their proactive communication made everything smooth and hassle-free throughout our stay. We highly recommend this accommodation and would happily stay here again.

One thing worth noting is that the driveway to the house is quite steep and drivers who are less confident or have cars with lower ground clearance may find it challenging. For reference, we drove a VW Passat estate which managed the driveway but it did struggle because the right front wheel would lift off the ground. As it is a FWD car, traction and power were then limited to a single wheel. That said, we became more confident with the driveway each day and by the end of our stay it was no longer a major issue. It simply required a bit of finesse and careful driving.

Ubytování bylo naprosto vyjímečné. Dům je umístěn uprostřed hor, což krásně doplňuje atmosféru. Kuchyň i obývací prostory jsou velmi prostorné a čisté. Ideální pro skupiny přátel. K dispozici jsou také velká terasa s posezením, balkony a krásná zahrada. Majitelé okamžitě reagují na zprávy a předání klíčů proběhlo bez problémů. Sousedé jsou milí. Přijeli jsme autem, což doporučuji, protože k Bledu (i dalším krásným místům) je to snad 10 minut. Moc děkujeme za krásnou dovolenou a určitě se rádi vrátíme!

V obývacím pokoji nefungovala wifi a signál, ale v dalších místnostech ano, takže nebyl problém.
