Mohammed was a very accomodating and friendly host. He helped us plan our visit to Petra and talked to us about his life and local culture. It felt like staying with a friend.

A little walk to the archeological site. Some nice restaurants nearby, like Old Street.
Big xlean kitchen.
The bed was not that confortable.
When you use the toilet, take a creditcard or something similar to open the door (but I expect it to be repaired soon)
I would ha e liked it even more when there would have been.a towel, some coffee and cramer.

The location was great, you can walk to Petra in 10 minutes. It's close to shops and restaurants. The terrace was really good, and the beds were AMAZING. We slept so well. The owner Mohammed was really helpful and welcoming and he advised us for our travel plans.
The owner doesn't really respect privacy of the guests. The bathroom could've been cleaner, and the kitchen too. The ventilation blew wind inside the bathroom, it was really cold to take a shower and the water pressure was weak. In our opinion the accommodation wasn't as excellent as rated in booking.com.
