Everything went smoothly very clean hotel owned by a family.
The only downside is that the hotel is uphill and it’s not written anywhere. So the access on foot is tricky especially when you’re carrying your luggage. Otherwise it’s good

Great location and clean rooms. For the price it’s unbeatable.

This hotel located in Petra. However, the distance to visitors center is misleading. 600-750 meters but in very steep uphill. It was quite tortuous to go this way after long day hiking in Petra.
There is no any restaurant or cafe nearby. Hotel juggling the prices: my friends paid 30% less for the same room but did it later than me. No laundry in hotel.
