Nice location, would be good for an overnight or stay of 1-2 people but the size and creakiness of the flooring makes a

God location, kitchen and lounge area comfortable

Very limited storage in bedrooms. Upstairs have very creaky flooring making movement very noisy at night when you have children with you. Bathroom sink very small and impractical for most things

A beautiful house, lovely decor and great location to Warrington centre!

The property was in a great location, very clean and had great amenities. Everything we wanted for my pre-wedding day stay (I was the bride) staying with family. Neighbours were lovely and pleasant and it had everything we needed whilst here.

We were a group of 5 so between us had 2 cars. We were told about the one parking space which is fine but weren’t aware how small and difficult it would be to place the other car, which ended up being mine. I had to park it quite significantly further away as there was no space for it to go at the end. The toilet in the upstairs bathroom took a long time to fill up and so wouldn’t flush on every usage (a little embarrassing for a few people!) The train line is literally behind the property which we didn’t realise and with it being so hot we had to sleep with the windows open, meaning I got to sleep at 11.50pm and then woken up at around 5.50 am when the trains stopped and re started again.

Waited too long outside the wrong code to the property.. my food got spoilt.. because was 2 hours waiting outside .. at the end, it is all worth it.

Comfort with Class 💫

Knew from the moment I booked this property that it was going to be something special. Having stayed in local hotels previously we opted for this as we have extended family just a couple of miles away and it meant we could have them round for a meal. The property is situated near the heart of Warrington and is a fantastic base. The home itself is of an extremely high standard and is equipped with all mod cons required to offer that home away from home feeling. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, lots of attention to detail with fresh fluffy clean towels, to little toiletries. The host has aimed to offer comfort with style and has definitely achieved that. Communication with Olivia (the host) was excellent prior to and during our stay. As someone who has stayed in many places before this, I have to rate this one of the best.

This is not a dislike, more of a caution for other guests. Whilst we were aware that there wasn’t much onsite parking, we didn’t realise that the majority of the driveway up to the house appears to belong to the man across the street. I had parked tightly against his wall, not obstructing or blocking but he did ask me to move. It was a bit tricky finding a space out with the close but got there eventually.
