Location was perfect within walking distance of shops and train station. The apartment also had all the amenities that you would need to make it a comfortable stay. Which includes a washing machine, fridge. microwave and dishwasher.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Good value for the location and standard of property. Everything I needed and more inside (beautifully decorated) - plus parking. Communication with the owners was excellent and the building was really easy to access with clear instructions. A big Tesco about 5 mins walk away too, plus easy walk to both railway stations. Would highly recommend in central Warrington.

My stay at The Shirt Factory Apartments was really pleasant. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, which made settling in much easier.

The position was excellent. Close proximity to train station and shopping centre. The management promptly responded to requests.
The space was a little cramped and as the weather was quite warm, there was not much ventilation due to the windows not able to be opened more than a crack, although a fan was provided.
