I got a bad experience in checking in and lack of services provided.

The quiet surroundings of the house are probably its only advantage.

When checking in, I was only informed of the room relocation, which added 15 minutes to my journey compared to the room I booked. The customer service arrangements were chaotic and unresponsive to inquiries. What is most unacceptable is that more than a week after check-out, the deposit has not yet been refunded. I still haven't received the deposit, and I've inquired on WhatsApp without receiving a response.

Very good

Good location. Clean and comfortable property with good facilities. Good size rooms and large TV in living room/kitchen. Host kept in touch with us on a daily basis to check if we needed anything.

Lack of towels as no hand towel in the bathroom. Two towels only provided for 3 guests staying 3 nights. Damp smell in the bathroom and bad smell as you came upstairs on approach to the internal front door of the apartment.

Cozy 2 BD apartment in town

We enjoyed our stay at Cherry Tree. The apartment was cozy with 2 bedrooms in a great location between 2 grocery stores and a 7 min walk to shopping area. 1 double and 1 single bedroom. The kitchen appliances worked well. I used the washer, microwave, fridge and toaster. Did not use the stove or oven. The water was nice and hot. The couch was quite comfortable. The owner was very responsive to our calls. FREE Parking.

One thing I didn't like but was good health wise was that the apartment is on the 2nd floor. No elevator. And the double bed mattress was on the thin side which I find common in the UK.

Wonderful host with great communication. The flat is located in a very convenient location close to the city centre, public transport options and several markets.

Excellent short stay - very happy

Excellent accommodation with very good host. Arrangements for arrival and departure all very smooth and worked well. Accommodation is exactly as described, well fitted kitchen and very comfortable bed and sitting area. Location is good - just off the main dual carriageway through the centre of Warrington - though no traffic noise at all, apartment was lovely and quiet. Well placed to walk into the centre of Warrington (5 minute walk) or there are Lidl and Sainsbury supermarkets just outside the apartment block. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay - even the weather was excellent !

No complaints - all worked very smoothly, especially given the challenging Covid situation
