Amazing stay, close to Gondola lift, helpful staff

The property was spacious, comfortably fit our group. The facilities were great, the staff were amazing and very helpful with any queries. Would definitely stay here again.

Great value for money, staff were super friendly. Room was plenty big for the two of us. Room was clean and modern. Fantastic restaurant inside hotel. Must try ! Hotel was about 5-10 minute walk from gandola.

Great spa appartments in walking distance to the gondola.

Very clean and tidy , loverly and warm with amazing cleaning staff who cleaned every day !

The bar was a little expensive and didn’t like taking cash which was annoying. We avoided the bar after day one. Horrendous smell of cannabis from one of the rooms which wasn’t addressed.

Lovely stay, near Bankso ski slopes

Perfect location for Bankso ski slopes, located close enough to the nightlife but not enough to hear anything. Nice big room and bathroom. The spa at the hotel was great to use after a long days skiing. Lovely restaurant at the hotel.

Great centrally located hotel with a super spa (and staff)

My hotel room was very large and clean. As was the bathroom. The hotel location is very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to enjoy the spa area in the evening, which was incredibly relaxing. The beds were super comfortable, and I slept like a baby. I only stayed one night, but I would absolutely stay here again.

Friendly staff and great location

The staff are friendly and helpful the entire trip. Great location, walking distance from the Gondola. It is off the main street which make it quite during night time and we had a great sleep. There is a restaurant in the hotel. We doesn't have breakfast from the hotel. We had breakfast with food bought from Supermarket. There are some minor issue with the room, but the staff swiftly resolved it.

Very clean and great location. Very close to all good restaurants and also to a non-stop shop. I was quite impressed by how clean it was.

The SPA was not open. My visit was in November and they said it will be open in mid December.

Very helpful hosts who responded very quickly to messages. Very clean apartment and although out of season with less facilities than usual, it was comfortable for our short stay and incredible value

No cooking facility but for the price we paid, apartment was great
