If I come back to Vancouver, BC I will stay at this property again.

The owners were communicative and the instructions they provided were excellent. The view from the condo was stunning. Five people comfortably stayed in the condo. It was perfect for our weekend. Delicious restaurants are within walking distance. I highly recommend this condo.

If you bring two cars, one car must find public parking. The garage nearby offers parking for guests. There is only one allotted parking spot that is secured.

Lovely, comfortable apartment in Chinatown.

Lovely apartment near chinatown. Very well presented, and just as described in pictures. Lovely balcony up on the 17th floor. Great facilities in the apartment. Very easy access and responsive hosts. Air conditioning available for the hot summer. A very comfortable stay. Close to chinatown and restaurants there and a fantastic chinese supermarket nearby.

Chinatown is next to east hastings area where the homeless people in Vancouver are located and everynow and then, we saw signs of spillover, but we felt safe and were never threatened, the apartment block had good security features, and it did not affect us or our enjoyment of the apartment, but we were not aware of the Vancouver social policy and impact on the local area before staying there.

Enjoying time with family while taking in beautiful views of downtown Vancouver

Before we even arrived at the property we were provided with a very informative online resource about the apartment and the area where we were staying. This was great and we referenced it many times during our stay. The communication with these hosts was spectacular. The property was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the family space and the balcony views. We utilized the kitchen for nightly dinners. The host had staples available to use for full-meal prep. We also liked the convenience of a reserved parking spot. The building and garage felt secure. There was a lot of thought put into the comfort of the guests, including a welcome basket of treats for the weary travelers. This was much appreciated.

While we were at the apartment it was very warm. Sleeping at night was challenging at times due to the warm bedroom (primary with the bathroom attached). Even with the door open and the fan on, we would lay on top of the sheets to stay cool. If you could squeeze another A/C unit in that room, those occupants would be extremely comfortable, too. Also, it would have been nice to have a USB outlets/charging station in the office area, since we were charging 4 phones and a watch every night. A make-up mirror would be a nice addition, too.

It was hot and stuffy. It was smaller than we thought it would be based on the price that we paid. The third bedroom was like a closet.

we somehow missed the automated welcome email with the Property Handbook, so there was a lot of information we missed (even just the simple things like what floor the pool is on)
