    We stayed at the Meadows Residency for 4 nights in July as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids, ages 8 and 10) in a Diamond Room. Overall, it was a decent stay. The Positives: Location: Excellent. It is incredibly close to local markets and restaurants, making it very convenient. (Just note: don't expect valley or mountain views here). Staff & Cleanliness: The staff was very helpful throughout our stay, and the rooms were kept neat and clean. Things to Consider: Ventilation: If you are visiting Ooty expecting open balconies or that fresh mountain ventilation in your room, you won't really find it at this property. Food: The complimentary breakfast was just okay. It’s a solid, clean, and accessible place to stay if you prioritize being near the town center!

    Room is clean and specious. But as you are coming to hill station for vacation, you need good view from window , and they mentioned it's mountain view but outside room lots of garbage,i couldn't open my window.In hill station, the temperature will be low during night so the hotel should provide room heater included, but I asked room heater and they char8extra for that . I payed ok per night for family room and then they are charging extra for room heater was not expected. And one day during my stay they had restaurant gas issue , they didn't informed , while enquiring about food at 9PM they told we have some issue in restaurant , you can arrange food from outside . Front desk one staff behaviour is not professional. I asked for arranging cab for sightseeing and return to Bangalore,they charge heavily which is more than the outside cab charges. And I asked for customised the sightseeing, he is telling it's not possible, we have some standard tour plan , you have to follow. Based on customer interest, they can choose the places for sightseeing, right .? Overall cleanness and other staffs behaviour is good . But I had bad experience.
