Good view. Nice staff thats really trying their best under a management thats just not investing in the place. Its been under construction for at least 18 months, to the point that the parts thar are built are already falling apart. Either invest and make this potentially great property really great or let someone else do it.

Most of the property is under construction. That means its not quiet. But the work has been so protracted that whats built is already falling apart. Kitchen is closed so breakfast is whatever the manager can conjure up himself. Pretty useless. The land of tea had the worst tea we've had in india. Given this is a taxi ride away from anything.. you need to hire a taxi for every meal. This place is priced as a 4 star but barely makes it to a 2 star right now. When its ready, it may be worth the price, but right now, this is absolute unreasonable price for value.

location is good . The room was spacious though we changed the initial room which was allotted as it dodn't have curtains in the living room. The 2nd room was good enough with a balcony and pleasant view. We were given cmplimentary passes for the ATV and bird park which is definitely appreciated.

The worst part of the stay was breakfast. The breakfast is not ready until 9 AM. That is a big let down. The breakfast options are pretty bad too. 2 cereals , chocos and corn flakes. Both days of my stay fruit option was pineapple. The juice is kept in a small jar which needs relenishment if more than one family is having breakfast. But the replenishment happens very slow literally keeping the people waiting. Coming to other items, there was no Dosa option. Both days we got Idly, sambhar, chutney. The 2nd day we had asked for eggs(omelette) which was not cooked evenly. Poori and potatao masala curry is there , but the poori was literally soaking in oil. There is no toaster and again will need to wait and asked for toast if required. Pongal was also there which was ok. This is the breakfast spread and is not in comparison with a lot of hotels of similar standards where they have much more variety and organised spread. Another big issue is that the hotel doesn't have lunch and dinner option. We had got the first day lunch thru swiggy and rest of the times we went outside for lunch and dinner
