The location is excellent. Overlooks the main Market Square in Ripon. The Penthouse is beautiful, just as it looks on the photos. Very clean! There are a lot of stairs but keeps us fit! Lovely views from both sides. Very close to everything you could possibly need.
We did not have the 2 full toilet rolls per toilet as stated in the information, so had to buy extra (no big deal). Also no corkscrew (that I could find), but luckily we brought our own. I also could not find any coffee pods, when it said there should be some. Some information including takeaways leaflets may be useful, rather than having to go online all the time. The door into the main living area/kitchen needs some WD40 or something. If a guest gets up early and tries to close the door, it squeaks and judders waking those in the adjoining bedroom. None of this detracted from a fabulous weekend.

Perfect location everything you need and more ie washer & washing tablets. Comfortable beds. Beautifully decorated throughout.
All the stairs no lift, cobwebs in some rooms/bathrooms .
