This 4 bed, 21/2 bath villa is one of only a handful of villa’s commercially available for rent to private owners that is in Calete Town. Car hire is not necessary so you can save money.
The plot size is 600m2 and the floor area is 160m2. It stands elevated and is not overlooked. It is totally secluded. The roof terrace has uninterrupted views of the ocean & Calete Harbour. Swimming Pool.
This is a large 10 x 4 metre pool. It has a fantastic water slide for hours of fun!
There is a removable child safety fence, if you desire. There is heating in winter (local charge applies). There is a solar blanket. Water quality is maintained by a high-tech system that does not use harsh chemicals (child skin and hair friendly).
There is a shaded child 'grass' play area with play house, football table, sand pit etc. There is 42 inch UKTV (SKY sports, BT sports, sky movies, movies on demand, BBC, ITV, C4) and High Speed Fibre WiFi (Internet). There is a separate TV with PS4 in bedroom 3.
Sleeping is a king bed, Double bed, 2 singles, and 2 singles.

We’ve just returned from an amazing stay and have already booked for next year – the first villa we’ve ever wanted to revisit!We were warmly welcomed and able to store our luggage securely before check-in. Our group of 7 (ages 7–82) found the single-level layout ideal for both children and older family members.The villa is even better than the photos, with upgraded outdoor furniture, extra beds, and plenty of space. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, and the comfortable living area easily accommodated everyone.The outdoor space was the highlight, with sun and shade available all day (July), a lovely breeze, a great games area for children, and daily visits from the resident doves, Dolly, Polly and Dexter.The location is peaceful, private and secure, within walking distance of restaurants, shops and bars, with Castillo only a short taxi ride away. The lockable gate gave us extra peace of mind with younger children.Matias was outstanding throughout. When we mentioned the bedroom fans weren’t quite enough, he arranged six new tower fans almost immediately. He also quickly organised a pool clean when requested.Only two minor issues: one step on the children’s slide was awaiting replacement, and the pool wasn’t cleaned as often as expected. Both were dealt with promptly.Overall, this is a spacious, well-equipped villa in a fantastic location with excellent customer service. We can’t wait to return!

Was kept informed of all details from arrival and entry, very spacious villa and plenty of room. Pool was amazing and the whole villa was great. Would recommend this to anyone, neighbours were very friendly too.

Villa Fin was perfect for our holiday celebrating my 40th birthday.The villa is huge, as was the pool and our 2 children loved the slide. Perfect location and felt very safe and is very family friendly. There was everything and everything you can think of in the villa for the children and in the kitchen. The BBQ was a hit with my husband. Great communication from Matt and any problems we had he came straight away to sort them. We are looking at returning with another family in the near future. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful villa

When we were dropped off by our taxi upon arrival, we had a long walk up hill and through roadworks and took ages to locate the villa.. even the taxi driver couldnt find it. Description was a 10 min walk into town however, even on the quickest route took us atleast 20 mins downhill and going back was longer as all steep hills. The floors hadnt been mopped as the childrens feet were black after going around inside. The sofa bed in the master room had dust all around and overall just wasnt very clean. The outdoor furniture was quite uncomfortable to relax on and could do with new/thicker cushions. The swimming pool was nice and warm. Quite dissapointed after having paid alot for this villa. The villa agent was very rude when we said about the walk into town and when we wanted to book a taxi back to the airport but communication with Dr Iain was very good.
