Villa 28 is up Chipmunk Mountain. The views of the resort (Caleta De Fuste) from the roof terrace are amazing. The property is set on 3 floors, is very spacious with plenty of storage and is very comfortable. There's a HEATED POOL, which the grandkids loved. There's an actual outdoor bar area, which I took pleasure in using. Our hosts were fabulous and very attentive. The cost of this villa, considering it has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was extremely reasonable.
Very very minor - but there was no outdoor barbeque. We purchased a small one, which we used on a couple of occasions.
Its a half hour walk to Caleta. Downhill is fine but uphill is a trek, On the plus side, there's plenty of taxi's, easy to book and they are only about £3.50 a trip. You can't really get it all ways. If you want a fabulous view of the resort you need to be high up. I'm trying to put a positive spin on this.

We chose the Villa28 apartment and we are very pleased! Every couple had their own bedroom because the apartment consists of five independent bedrooms (three bedrooms are located below the ground floor; stairs lead to these bedrooms). At the entrance there is a lounge with a TV (a very large selection of channels from probably every country, including many channels from Poland), a sofa bed and a table where you can, for example, eat dinner. Next to the lounge there is a kitchen which is perfectly equipped - microwave, oven, induction cooker, fridge, dishwasher and many others. On the ground floor and under the ground floor there are three bathrooms (equipped with a shower or bathtub). The bathrooms are large and spacious. In the apartment you will also find a washing machine. There is a very large number of free parking spaces by the apartment - there was never a problem with available parking. Nearby there is HyperDino, restaurants. This apartment is wonderful! Its equipment is the best. We were also pleased with the location of the apartment. We recommend this apartment to everyone. Sylvia and Dominique are very helpful and kind people - I haven't met such wonderful people.
