    pool opening only at 10h30 in the morning is really not acceptable for a 4/5 star hotel.

    Nothing impressive here. Shouldn’t be rated as high as it does. Staff really doesn’t go above and beyond with a “not my job mentality” rather than attempting to be accommodating like most hotel staff.
