New!! Enjoy your stay in this beautiful tavern located in the heart of Birmingham. Only minutes away from Legion Field and Progressive stadium where you can enjoy the football games or concert. This home is full of character with a gas fireplace, hardwood floors, a large porch and deck. The dedicated office space will allow you to work from home in this peaceful retreat. The space here will provide you that at home feeling. You and your family can have both family fun time or downtime.
The space
This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home featuring one king, one queen, and one full size bed. Well appointed for short or longer stays.
Guest access
Each room is private with the exception of the full size guest bed room where there isn’t a door. For a full house booking you will have access to the entire house. For those bookings that book a room you will share the common areas and have a private room and bathroom.
Other things to note
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check and sign a guest agreement.
We may perform monthly hospitality cleanings for our guests' convenience and safety and to ensure our guests have everything needed for a great stay!
Additionally, the outside of the property has 24/7 surveillance.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in your house, or on the balcony. Smoking will result in a $250 additional cleaning charge and possible eviction.
This unit contains a smoke detector and NoiseAware device.
We request you take care of the space with the same grace you would your own home, so that you may return again soon.

The door code expired like an hour after check in, the host acted like we bothered him when we asked questions, no tv unless you have your own sign ins for the streaming

My husband and I met at this property during a military leave just for a quick getaway. It was a perfect escape. Very clean, peaceful. Super easy to get to from the interstate. Comfortable bed perfect for a chill weekend.

Low on amenities. Kitchen was not accurately supplied with things we needed. No grill at the home. Not enough towels. Some light fixture did not work at home.
