The space
The apartment is located in a downtown historic building, there is a restaurant and wedding venue in the beautiful building. Like any downtown area there is a variety of pedestrian traffic in the area, from nearby offices and restaurants.
Guest access
Guests will access the building with a key fob and access the apartment itself with a unique code. You will need to retrieve a key fob from a lock box prior to accessing the building.
Other things to note:
Two Twin Rollaway beds are located in the bedroom closet to be used in the living room for extra guests. All guests must be disclosed in the booking prior to arrival.
Parking:
Parking is provided in an open/designated lot next to the building. There is no gate. Guests park at their own risks, we are not responsible for theft, damage, to vehicle or contents.
The curtains in the bedroom were too heavy for the wall, they have been removed and replaced with internal window black out roller shades.
Elevator:
If for whatever reason both elevators are not working guests understand they must take the stairs and are okay with that. Listing is located on the 20th floor.

First off, the host is very helpful and easy to communicate with. They've built an entire step by step website with everything you need to make sure you're taken care of. The space is clean, open, well laid out, and well stocked. There's a fair amount of things within walking distance; we found a nice little taqueria right down the street. Our car was safe, we were safe, and the views were nice. I would for sure come back here, thank you!

The family and I traveled to a supercross show at protective stadium and this was right down the street. Top floor of a historic building! The host was very communicative. Would definitely recommend!

Did not feel the neighborhood was safe. You have to go in the back entrance from an isolated parking lot to access the building. However, apparently there is a 24 hours security guard on duty for the building and parking lot. Once inside the lobby, looked to maybe be under construction. Very cool old building. Once inside unit, everything ok. Be aware the floors looked to be the original concrete floors, just sealed, Large pile of used towels and washcloths behind bathroom door laying on the floor. Bed was comfortable.
