The location was perfect for what we needed. It was easily walkable to lots of restaurants. The apartment was super clean and had nice packs of things like dish soap and laundry detergent. The kitchen had enough to prepare simple meals.
Neutral comment: It is in an old Bell South building. Between the little traces that remain throughout the building and that I never saw another person on the floor our apartment was in (the lobby also felt spookily vacant), the place gave strange Severance vibes.
Check-in was absolutely horrible. All guests need to be verified through Clear. The staff did not confirm mine until after checkin was supposed to be available. I only disovered this because I hadn't received access to the QR codes needed to enter. It took over half an hour on the phone to take care of what should have been done days before. This really tainted the whole experience.
Everything is run through an app, which longer term residents also use, so the functionality is a bit frustrating. It controls everything down to the door lock (hope your phone doesn't die!)
You need a QR code that was emailed to you to access the external doors. There were a couple of times that the QR code wouldn't read well, so we had to wait for a resident who could open the doors with face recognition.
As others have mentioned, the elevator in the garage wasn't working. There was also only one elevator that served many of the floors in the building, so wait times could be pretty long.

The apartment was clean and fully stocked!
The directions on how to access the property were very confusing. You needed a QR code to access the parking garage (which felt unclear) and every day your pin to access the front door was changing.

The apartment was beautiful. Very clean with streaming TVs.
The whole check in process was horrible. Just horrible. And THEN the garage elevators stopped working. No notice was given. I am disabled so getting up & downstairs was nearly impossible for me. If I had to use my wheelchair I would've been screwed
