Very beautiful house in a very nice neighborhood. There was ice in the driveway. I felt that should have been taken care of. Thankfully no one fell. Other than that everything was wonderful.

We stayed for a few days during Thanksgiving. Nice place. Needs a good deep cleaning. Kitchen nicely stocked with dishes and cookware.

My family and I enjoyed the little time we had in the area which was to come support our uncle in the passing of the love of his life after 69 years of marriage. We would like to thank you for allowing us to be able to stay at this location. The location was in a nice and quiet area as well as not too far from our uncles home. We like to thank our host for being available by phone and text. We encountered issues with the hot water but he was able to get it resolved with my baby brother over the phone. Thank you so much for the quick resolution.

I booked this house for the night before my wedding for me and my bridesmaids to have a girls night together and it was perfect. It was super big and gave us enough space for all of us to get ready and have a nice movie night together

We stayed for a wedding and this house was perfect for our group. It fit us perfectly and was much better than a hotel. So much in the area. Host was very responsive. Could have been cleaned better but it had many welcome & needed amenities. We'd definitely stay there again when visiting our Ohio family.

Needed a place for family for a funeral. Overall the place was fine. The carpet and ceiling fans very dirty. Would be nice to have patio furniture since the weather was beautiful to sit outside. Soap in the bathroom would have been a plu. Yowels were torn.

First impression before even entering was the ripped out landscaping and piles of gravel and dirt by the front door. The pic on VRBO shows beautiful landscaping. The lawn(or should I say WEEDS) could have been mowed. I'm sure the neighbors aren't happy with the outside conditions. Next the front storm needs repair as it wouldn't latch and was very dirty. It doesn't look like any cleaning was done as the counters were dirty and the carpets don't appear to have been vacuumed and are stained. Beds did appear to have been changed. Several blinds are broken and won't open. All windows haven't been cleaned in a Looonnggg time. Walls are dirty. There are no overhead lights/lamps in the Great room. Furniture is not as shown in pics. We were embarrassed for our visitors and glad they were only there for sleeping and that I paid for the rent. At a minimum, the picture of the home on VRBO needs to be updated to show the current conditions. The carpets and windows should also be cleaned as they are very dirty/stained. The cleaning crew should be monitored better. The host did offer to send the cleaning crew back out but our visitors were beginning to arrive. Listing should be removed from VRBO until corrections are made!

My wife daughter and grandchildren enjoyed ther travel break at this great place. My wife especially enjoyed the tub. Communication with host was easy and promptly responded to. Highly recommended.

This property exceeded our expectations and communication with property owner was very easy and response time was very good, Our family of 14 (8 adults, 1 teen and 5 under 10) were accommodated very comfortably. Would stay here again as was close to airport, shopping and other attractions.

Traveling across the country with extended family, we were offered a refund by VRBO when the host hadn’t responded to multiple requests for the check in code. We’re grateful he did finally respond. It is a very nice house in a nice neighborhood, but the kitchen and surrounding area was infested with earwigs. My son was so disturbed by them that he threatened to sleep in the car. Better communication and an exterminator/ more thorough cleaning of the crumbs around the kitchen trash would really improve things.

The home is in a great neighborhood close to restaurants. The front landscaping has been torn out so it doesn’t look like the photos, so we were a little confused upon arrival. Our group had a comfortable stay, except the bedroom with 2 queen beds was upstairs and was far away from a bathroom. There was a crib in the master bedroom which was very helpful. All in all, we would probably stay here again if passing through.

First thing I would say is the outside of the property does not look like the picture on the VRBO app. There are no plants no shrubs no anything in front of the house except a bunch of dead flower beds that look like I've been sprayed with weed killer. There's a bunch of thistles in the flower beds the maintenance is not well kept in comparison to every house around it. This looks like the rundown house on the block. As far as the inside the furniture is not the same in the pictures on the VRBO app. It needs to be sprayed for bugs and updated. Very mediocre in comparison to other places I've stayed through VRBO. Was a little disappointed as I was the one that was supposed to find a nice house for our group to stay at. Glad we had only reserved it for one night.

Home is not maintained at all outside. Picture online is gorgeous, but when you drive up, it’s nothing like what is posted on VRBO. Nothing but weeds and poorly cut grass with no trim work so weeds are knee high around property. Inside blinds are broken and falling down. Home is tired out and in need of some work. There are no “ extras” with this home. Bare bones on towels, kitchen needs. Lights burnt out. Just was very disappointing due to how it looked online.

The house was very nice, clean and had everything we needed! It's a very nice neighborhood with nice houses. It was enjoyable to go in a nightly walk around the neighborhood. The location was close to restaurants and where we needed to go, so it was perfect! Plan on booking it again this time next year.

A comfortable place for my women's weekend away. The house is located in a nice neighborhood close to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. Kitchen equipment was sparse - we needed to supply cutting boards and a toaster. The oven broke the first night of our stay, but the host communicated quickly with us to try to find a solution. The listing shows the property sleeps 14, but there are only beds for 10. Two provided air mattresses make up the difference, though one of them leaked severely and our guests chose to sleep on couches. For the price, it was a fine, clean, and comfortable house. I just wish we would have been more aware of the items lacking prior to our arrival.

House was adequately furnished for an overnight stay. Very empty house. Lacks a welcoming vibe. Felt like we stayed in an abandoned house. Just put up simple decor.

The house is neat and clean. The community is quiet and very nice. Friendly neighborhood. Close to restaurants and other venues. The only small things that we noticed was, the trash cans in the garage was full, there was a small box with trash ( beer cans and bottles) left in the cabinet under the kitchen sink and only one TV ( it's football season). Overall, I will recommend this house to anyone.

Great location for access to Dayton, Yellow Springs and Wright Pat. Inside of house was very nice - great beds and bath and living area, but kitchen was not well stocked. If you are planning on cooking, you will need to bring things with you. Only a few small pots, a few skillets, some serving bowls, a good assortment of utensils and then cutlery, glasses and plates for about 10 people. Needs things like measuring cups/spoons, cutting board, colander, baking sheets - basically anything you would need for prep. There was no where to unpack in the master - no closet or dresser. Grocery and restaurants were only 8 minutes away. Neighborhood was super quiet and felt very safe. Nice parks nearby. Small patio in the back that would be nice if it had some chairs to be able to sit outside. Landscaping looks to be next on the to-do list - it's currently weedy and bare. We would definitely rebook, but hope a few tweaks are made to improve this great house.

We were just passing through town and wanted something a bit more comfortable and homey than a hotel. This worked well for us. Sparse but sufficiently furnished with what we needed (only one TV, so the young adults just used the wifi and watched things on their devices). TV remote was dead but we managed to get the TV on and then AirPlay from my iPad to use my streaming services. I would suggest some labels are put on the light switches. They were in odd places, and we flipped a lot of switches to find what we needed. I’m sure the neighbors were confused by all the lights on and off :-). Thanks so much.

House was comfy, beds were clean, but the grass needed cut and weeds pulled. Just a little unkept...a few spider webs, all shrubs removed, a brick house, so very clean, but a bit uninviting from outside

Easy access from highway and close to restaurants/stores. House has very basic ammenities (pack your own hair dryer). Very quiet and comfortable overall. In need of some maintenance attention but overall a nice place to stay.

Great place; more towels, toaster, wine glasses, toilet paper in both baths would be lovely. Overall, would rent again!
