Built in 1912, this home is mostly original which gives character, yet it’s stocked full of modern comforts (ex. Virtual Reality headsets). It's located on a quiet street, 2 blocks from Vancouver's best cafes, restaurants and shops. A 10 min stroll to beautiful Kits Beach and a 15 min walk dwtn. This is a getaway retreat. **The lower level is accessed from an exterior door a few steps outside of the backdoor so it is not suitable for young children to sleep if parents are upstairs but ideal from any group that would appreciate the privacy of the lower level.

Solarium: Relax in our cozy solarium, featuring large rotating windows and picturesque views of an old moss-covered pear tree. It's the perfect spot for sipping coffee or working on your laptop.
Living Room: Step through the rustic door into a welcoming living room with two comfy couches, including a pull-out bed, a full dresser, and a big-screen TV equipped with Apple TV, Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video. This room makes a great fifth bedroom if needed.
Dining Room: Admire the light-filled dining room, accessible through 110-year-old French doors, boasting a large window, a 9-light chandelier, and a spacious dining table.
Bedrooms: Two similarly sized bedrooms offer vanity dressers, closets, house coats, bathrobes, slippers, bath products, and multiple USB charging ports.
Kitchen: Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with appliances like blenders and a juicer, alongside essentials like cooking utensils, spices, and olive oil.
Laundry Room: A convenient laundry room adjoins the kitchen, equipped with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher.
