Modern House with Rooftop Deck - 5 minutes to downtown!

Rowan’s house was beautiful, clean and welcoming. We were in town for a wedding and stayed with two other couples here. It was in a great location and easy to get to Old Town. The rooftop deck was awesome for sunrise and sunset.

A wonderful 6 day family retreat in Ft. Collins for our son's wedding at Tapestry House in Laporte (just 11 miles away). The home was exactly as described... and more. Rowan, our host, was fabulous. Very quick to respond to questions, and helpful in finding what we needed around town and in the dwelling. She covered all the bases from kitchen/laundry supplies, to linens/towels, to personal grooming and hygiene items. And a collection of books and games to delight readers and board gamers of all ages! It was perfect for 3 couples in bedrooms; two teens slept on mattresses on the floor. Our ages ranged from 16 to 78 and everyone easily found their comfort zones. It was walkable to La Poudre Waterfront trail and nearby Ft C coffee bistros for those of us wanting exercise and exploration. The upper outer deck provided beautiful scenery and a cozy nook in which to socialize in this quiet neighborhood. We definitely recommend this for a FOCO stay.

We had a fantastic family vacation at this beautiful home in Ft. Collins. The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, but close to everything we wanted to explore in town and the mountains. The rooftop deck was a favorite spot for relaxing, and the house itself was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with books and games that made our evenings together even more special. We appreciated having plenty of bedroom space, a well-equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities that worked without a hitch.The host was outstanding—super responsive and helpful over several months as we planned our trip. Check-in and check-out instructions were crystal clear, and the printed info left in a binder for us at the house helped everything go smoothly.Ft. Collins was such a fun area to explore, and this home made the perfect base for hiking, biking, and quality family time. I’d highly recommend it for families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to relax and reconnect.The shower floor was a little slippery, so we bought and left a non-slip mat to make it safer.

We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed all the house offered. An amazing library and plenty of games. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the whitewater park that was an easy walk. We also took walks and saw prairie dogs. Would stay again ins heartbeat.
