Our host was very welcoming and on top of everything with clear communications. The property met all of our needs. I highly recommend for a stay in FC and easy access to Old Town and the campus. Much better than hotels in town or staying too far away from Old Town. I recommend and I would also stay here again!

My daughter is a student at CSU so we always rent a home instead of a hotel when we come to visit. My family really enjoyed this home. It is close to campus and Old Town. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We brought our dog and loved that the yard was fenced. This really made letting her out much easier. My daughter always stays with us in our rentals when we come to visit and she said this was her favorite. The communication with Stacy was so easy and she responded very quickly. We will book again for our next visit.

This was a great place to stay with two of our adult children while moving one of them into the dorm at CSU. Plenty of charm and original details. There was a ton of traffic and the bathrooms were tight, but it was very nice to have two full bathrooms. They weren’t the cleanest, but not terrible. The downstairs king bed had a huge depression in it at about my knee level which was very odd. But the kitchen was well stocked and we had all we needed for our stay!
