About this apartment rental

Located only 5 minutes from Horsetooth Reservoir and the poudre river and less than 10 minutes to old town Fort Collins. This lower level apartment is spacious, quiet and comfortable for up to 6 people. It is very convenient if you are looking for outdoor adventures such as hiking and biking trails, and water activities such as boating, kayaking, rafting, paddle boarding, etc. It is also a very short drive or Uber ride to old town Fort Collins for you to enjoy great food, drinks and shopping. This lower level apartment has a private and separate entrance as well as plenty of driveway parking space. The home is equipped with everything you need for a great stay such as a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and having a night in, as well as plenty of linens and towels. You will also have access to a large backyard as this home sits on a couple of acres.

Great stay! Location was great - easy access to CSU campus and horsetooth. Great communication with the owners! Added bonus the super sweet dogs that my boys enjoyed playing with in the yard!
