Beautiful Updated 3 bed, 2.5 bath beach house just a few houses from the sand with 1 space garage parking. This home includes 2 bedrooms each with a Queen bed, a third bedroom with a bunk bed (Full/Twin) and a Twin size trundle bed for sleeping. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a large dining room table that seats 6-8. The home comes with a Flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, Propane BBQ, Washer and Dryer in unit, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Boogie Boards, a Cooler, Sand Toys, and a 1-minute walk to the sand.

Shared free parking (1 spot) in the garage which is very small. No oversized vehicles. The type of vehicle it can fit is nothing bigger than a JEEP RENEGADE (2). Parking in the garage will be at your own risk we are not responsible for any damages acquired to your vehicle and or the other guests . This will be between you and the other party involved. Additional parking on the street for free that have no meters. Metered parking is strictly enforced by the city.

Even more adorable in person. Steps from the beach in a prime area. We were able to walk to family restaurants, bars, and fine dining. We tried it all and trip was amazing.

The location is EXCELLENT! Less than a 2 min walk to reach sand on the beach and there is a grocery store across the street along with a taco place and a delicious dumpling restaurant, Mimi's Garden. The pier and many more restaurants, bars and shopping are within easy walking distance. No need to drive anywhere. The house was cozy and cute with a little patio and had plenty of space for 7 of us. It was very clean when we arrived and the host left plenty of extras for our use which has not been our experience at other vacation homes we've stayed at. There were a few things about the house that were less than ideal. The beds were stiff and kind of uncomfortable. The jack and jill bathroom had no way to lock either door so you had to make sure everyone staying there knew to stay out while you were showering. The drainage throughout the house was not very good. The showers would fill up and take about 5 mins to fully drain once the water would shut off and the kitchen sink would not properly drain either making the garbage disposal useless. This was our first stay in Newport so I am not sure if this is a common problem there or if it was only this home. Also, there were only 3 coffee cups for use. This is a minor problem, but one worth noting as we had 5 people that drank coffee staying there.With that being said, I would still stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a house close to the beach and pier with plenty of shopping and food options
