About this house rental

This property is a great location! 5 minutes to the closest boat launch for Raystown lake and only 40 miles to (Penn State) Beaver Stadium. Has plenty of sleeping for 8 people and will also fit 2 air mattresses! Plenty to explore in the Huntingdon from restaurants to hiking trails. Also one can enjoy the firepit that is outside if you bring your own firewood and 2 acres of wooded land. The driveway is big enough for a boat and/or camper.

The house was cute. There is a musky smell but not overwhelming. This was the first place I stayed that had someone's personal belongings in it. My only complaint is the shower. It is dark and very narrow. My husband had to shower standing sideways sohe

Quaint cottage in a wooded setting yet close to restaurants and grocery stores. Nice firepit area and plenty of parking for vehicles and boat. Finding the entrance to the property is tricky and it is directly off of a busy road. We enjoyed our stay but it could use some updatng in kitchen and bathroom. Only had one small ac unit in kitchen which didn't cool the bedrooms. Sheets hadn't been changed since last guests. Listing had 'hot tub" as an amenity, but to our disappointment, it didn't have one. That was the main reason we chose the property.
