Ferienwohnung Mountain View, 70qm, bis 8 Personen

We are a family that has called this area home for generations. Our house was built in 1970 and has been regularly updated, and we would be delighted to welcome you here.
Our “Mountainview” vacation rental is a 10-minute walk from the town center. A well-stocked bakery is just around the corner, a 3-minute walk away. Whether you’d like to explore the beautiful surroundings on foot or by bike after a leisurely breakfast, you can set off right from the house. You’ll find numerous trails and scenic viewpoints on the hiking maps provided in your vacation rental.
The nearby swimming lake is a 15-minute walk away and is a picturesque hiking destination even in the colder months.
The proximity to Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, and the Chiemgau region is excellent and offers fantastic day trips for all ages.
Our newly furnished “Mountainview” vacation rental is 70 square meters and is located on the first floor of our home. Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200 cm), and a living room (equipped with a sleeper sofa and a bed (140x200 cm)) can accommodate up to 8 people. Upon request, an additional person can be accommodated in bedroom 1 (on a rollaway bed). Our vacation rental is equipped with an 82-inch home theater system and Wi-Fi in the living room. The toilet is separate, and the bathroom features a bathtub and shower, as well as a washing machine. The spacious kitchen is a bright, separate room with a leather-upholstered seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. For extra cozy warmth, you’re welcome to light the stove and tiled stove—firewood is provided for this purpose. On the balcony, you can test your strength on a pull-up bar or work out. Looking beyond the neighboring rooftops, your view takes in the Högl, the Untersberg, and our local mountain, the Hochstaufen.
