About this house rental
Bring your jet ski, boat or kayak to enjoy the largest footprint lake in TN, your fly fishing gear for the mighty Clinch river (also awesome from a kayak) or your ATV's for the regionally famous ATV trails, all just 10-12 minutes away from your cozy country cottage. Park your RV under our cover w/power to accomodate a larger party (extra charge). Enjoy smores at the firepit as you watch the sun set on the ridge just west of your retreat. If you need a day to just rest , send the kids out to play in the huge fenced yard or enjoy a day at Cove Lake State Park, Norris Dam, the Museum of Appalachia and maybe catch dinner at one of the local favorites. Oh, Don't forget the next UT Volunteers football or basketball game just 30 minutes away!

Our family was transitioning from out of state and needed a place to stay for a month while our house went through the closing process. This house was perfect and met our short-term needs. The owners of the property were very attentive and were very easy to communicate with.
